We recently tasted through many library wines of both Croze and Smith Wooton and were wowed to say the least. We thought it would be just plain selfish of us not to give you the option to share, so... We are proud to present a 2000, 2001, and 2002 vertical of Croze Cabernet sauvignon. These wines were delectable as you’ll see in the notes we’ve provided.  2000 Croze Cabernet sauvignon Savory earthy qualities seem to be at the heart of this vintage of Croze Cabernet sauvignon. As you get into the nose and palette of this wine you can almost envision a sunny California day, riding a fresh horse through a dried field of grasses and wildflowers. This is a thoughtful wine that is showing a great deal of sexy, sultry qualities at this point in life. Drink now – 2015 2001 Croze Cabernet sauvignon What people often debate about when discussing aging potential is defined in this bottle right now. This wine is at its personal peak. Plush tannins and balanced structure come with black cherry and hints of beef bouillon. Delicious. Drink now - 2013 2002 Croze Cabernet sauvignon Licorice and cassis grab you right away on this classic Cabernet sauvignon. This is the style that so many are trying to achieve in Napa and here winemaker Gary Wooton has taken the gold. The wine is rich with deep tannins and great extraction.
