2012 "Suzanne K" is an elegant, complex wine with delicate floral aromas of white flowers and rich stone fruit. On the palate, this wine shows peach and apricot notes and a subtle minerality that adds depth. Swirling the wine in a glass releases a whole bouquet of fresh cut roses and subtle spices which are also detected on the tongue. The finish is crisp and elegant, creating an experience that reflects CROZE philosophy of balance and finesse.. 2010 Croze Cabernet Sauvignon Port Some would say we are crazy for taking Cabernet Sauvignon from one of the most famous vineyards in Rutherford and making port. However, we kind-of have a thing for varietal port. And if you want to make the best port, you have to start with the best grapes.Library Selection 2005 Croze Cabernet Sauvignon, De Coninck Vineyard This vintage was hand picked for the club shipment due to the way it is showing right now. This wine is spectacular and the aromas and bouquet have really come to the forefront. I love the subtle floral and spice notes that really draw you in. Pour a glass of this wine and focus on the aromas each time you take a sip. It continues to evolve in the glass and shows great complexity. Viognier Cheese Pairing Viognier's floral notes seem to pair best with aged cow's or goat's milk cheeses. Try it with bloomy rind and washed rind cheeses. Avoid sheep's milk.
