2007 CROZE SAUVIGNON BLANC, Monte Lago Vineyard - This wine is light, crisp, and well balanced. Moderate tannin structure compliments the bright fruit character, which is in keeping with the winemaker's philosophy and style. The bouquet reveals fresh aromas of lime and mineral. There are layering flavors of citrus oil and honeydew melon.

2004 CROZE' Vin d' Une Nuit Rose of Cabernet Sauvignon - This rose' is from Tenbrink Vineyards, Suisun Valley, California. Because the region has climate similar to South Central France, Winemaker Gary Wooton, created this full bodied Rose' in the traditional "Vin d' Une Nuit" style in which the juice is pressed off the skins after one night. It is soft and delicious - a wonderful match for a picnic or Asian food. This wine has 0.5% residual sugar making it perfect for hot summer days and anyone who enjoys a "touch" of sweetness.
