CROZE FINE WINES

CROZE 2002 VINTNERS RESERVE - SOLD OUT
The Vintners Reserve is a marriage of grapes from four, diverse vineyards in three Napa Valley appellations. The lots were fermented separately and the resulting blend combined one barrel of wine from each lot. The origin of these grapes is a closely guarded secret. The result is an elegant wine with a touch of classic Bordeaux married with Napa Valley style.
The wine is balanced and complex with layers of organic flavors--truffles and old leather, hints of cinnamon, dried black cherries and Cassis. The tannins add a bit of black walnut and oak.
This Vintners Reserve reflects the depth and complexity of the combined vineyards enhanced by extended aging (36 months in French Oak from Nevers). It has the ideal balance for a graceful and long lived wine. Only 100 cases were produced.
CROZE Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Grapes for the 2004 CROZE came from Robbins Vineyard just south of St. Helena. This is a sweet spot for Cabernet Sauvignon producing long-lasting, well structured, elegant wines.
The 2004 Croze wine will surpass all your expectations of Napa Cabernet. There is finesse, balance, and yes, all the true old world charm a varietally correct Cabernet can offer. You are met with sunny wildflower and musk aromas that are structured together with a blast of fresh ground pink peppercorns. The flavors have incredibly harmonious elements of worn saddle leather and rivers of fresh, blood red cassis.
In keeping with the winemaker’s philosophy and style, 2004 CROZE is very drinkable now, but this intriguing Cabernet Sauvignon has the ideal balance for a graceful and long lived wine.
CROZE Cabernet Sauvignon Port 2006

Rich, dense blackberry flavors and aromas fill the mouth and tickle the nose. You'll want to lick the glass! Only 200 cases were produced.
CROZE Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
This 2008 Croze' shows the intensity that we have come to love in this unique style with broad strokes of strawberry, pomegranate, and fresh red cherries. The intoxicating abundance of fruit continues on the palate with medium weight, more red berry, and a hint of lemongrass. Even the finish will leave you swirling in a daydream of fresh berry kisses. Only 96 cases produced!
CROZE Sauvignon Blanc 2007
2007 CROZE Sauvignon Blanc is our premier “White Croze.” The grapes came from Monte Lago Vineyard in the hills overlooking Clearlake, California. One half are the traditional Sauvignon Blanc clone and the other half are the Musque clone which is known for its aromatics. This vineyard produces low yields of intense fruit with bright, crisp flavors and moderate tannins.
This wine reflects the vineyard’s low yield of intense, varietally correct fruit. Its bouquet reveals fresh aromas of lime and mineral. As the wine opens in the glass, layering flavors of citrus oil and honeydew emerge. The finish is agreeably long and full and its white gold hue glows in the glass. 2007 CROZE Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with salads, poultry, fish and lighter pasta dishes.
